I loved getting to work with people every day. Considering I'm a Communications major, it really helped with my people skills and I also got to work on my Marketing and Advertising skills while trying to sell memberships. It was a very rewarding experience with great people and I would absolutely go back.
What I wish was different
I wish my hours had been different - I only worked three or four days a week and I definitely wanted more hours and more experience.
Advice
Don't be afraid to converse with everyone and anyone. Chances are they will love hearing what you have to say and they will love your engagement. It makes them feel more at home as a member.
