There's no micromanagement; you're free to order your work in whatever way works best to get things done. There's also no workplace drama; all my coworkers have been friendly and easy to work with. Creativity and excellence in one's work are prioritized. The employers really care about creating a positive place to work and try to set aside time for company-wide social lunches/events every month.
What I wish was different
ZENTX doesn't provide health care (employees have the option to buy supplemental health insurance at a lower rate, but no health coverage is included in the benefits).
Advice
The employers don't do regular performance reviews or one-on-one meetings, so if you want specific feedback or want to suggest/request any changes, you'll probably have to take the initiative in setting up a meeting.
