I really enjoyed the residents most of all. Getting to know their stories and their preferences is so fun.

What I wish was different

I wish it was easier to get time off. The communication just isn't great.

Advice

It's overwhelming at first but once you figure out a routine the job is really fun. The residents make the job so rewarding.
