I like the team-work involved with this position. Family-like atmosphere also adds to the experience working in retail, which could be very stressful.

I wish there are more opportunities to move up in the organization, possibly take internships in the corporate office.

I was the first intern they ever had. I wish the role had been defined a little better, although the breadth of exposure that I got was great for my development

I would advise people not to underestimate themselves. It can be a lot of information but you’d be surprised at how much information you end up retaining.

That we received more hours over the summer. The demand for full-time wasn’t there so we only worked part-time.

Apple is a great company and they really care about their workers. They teach you everything you need to know and will work with you.

Incredibly secretive, makes innovation a bit harder. But it's only for interns.

Advice

Don't do bugfixing - ask for feature work. It's much more fun and you'll definitely learn more.
