I enjoyed working the YMCA staff and seeing all the hard work and dedication they put in to their work. I enjoyed being able to teach a fitness class and being hands on in the business/office side of sports management.
What I wish was different
Covid-19 limited me in several ways; the amount of participants I was allowed to teach, all summer sports being cancelled, etc.
Advice
Just to be ready for anything, be open minded to the possibilities of what you can do through the sports management sides of businesses.
