Working at Border Grill I really enjoy the atmosphere. Work can be stressful, but the sense of community and belonging I got this summer helped make it less stressful. I also love how easy it is to move up in the company. I was hired as a cashier and in no time I worked my way up and started expoing.
What I wish was different
I wish I had better hours. I love working mornings, but unfortunately there just isn't enough availability in the morning for cashiers or expos.
Advice
I would say don't quit, especially within your first few weeks. Starting a new job can be stressful, but once you learn the ropes and get comfortable with everyone there, you will be absolutely killing it in no time.
