I like that the company operates in a way that cares for its employees and creates a healthy, balanced work environment and everyone has the attitude of "your success is my success and vice versa". I like the company-wide emails sent every time a new employee gets their first successful call and the million "reply all"s congratulating them.
What I wish was different
More remote days (right now it is 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH). Would prefer more WFH days.

This is a great place to learn about market research and demand generation and gain experience working in tech sales and building client pipeline . I work in the administration part of the company and I support the large team of internal sales reps who create opportunities for our high profile, tech giant, clients. It is family owned and operated, and it shows. Everyone from the CEO to tech support are there to help each other succeed.
