Every single thing. Their focus on personal growth for teens through outdoor experiences, community based volunteering, and group decision making really showed me how much teens can learn and grow from those experiences. I also loved the autonomy I had in my work environment, where I primarily planned our trips and decided how the camp would run in group discussions and decisions.

Do things you love, even if they don’t seem directly related to your major. You will learn so much about yourself and others in ways you never even knew possible.
