I took on a lot of responsibility, I wish the pay would reflect the amount of responsibility I have taken on.

What I liked
What I liked most about working at Comau was the experience of working on real life project. Helping the team on the initial build from start to finish. Also having the opportunity to take the lead on projects controlled by me and having the ability to manage my own team. Showing proper management and leadership skills to carry out the final product our customers.
What I wish was different
During our school semesters I wish I was able to work more hours with the company. My supervisor set a cap of 25-30 hours a week to make sure we had enough time to focus on our school work.
Advice
An internship in general is a great way to put your skills to the test. I had little experience when I started here and now I have gained so much confidence and skills and the ability to use my skills to effectively start and finish a task that is assigned to me.
