I enjoyed working with the team. I had a lot of flexibility with my schedule and when I met with my candidates. I liked how at the end of the internship the CEO gave me feedback on how I did and new skills to take with me to my next job.
What I wish was different
I wish I had known my goals from the beginning. I think I would have had a lot more results if I knew what I was trying to accomplish from the start of the internship.
Advice
COmmunicate a lot, ask questions about things you are unsure about. Never assume. everyone is very friendly, make meetings with them to understand what they do more. Create your goals at the start of your internship.
