Eureka! McConnell Science Museum integrates teaching and hands-on experience in a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) learning environment.
In 2015, more than 15,000 children engaged in math and science education through Eureka!. Class field trips to Eureka! brought in another 7,000 students from Mesa County and other West Slope communities. Eureka! also provides after school classes, no school day camps, and over 30 annual summer camps critical to continuing academic achievement. During the 2016 school year, Eureka! will provide elementary science resource kits quarterly to over 10,000 students and their teachers in 25 district schools.
