The foundation was an active and caring program aimed to help senior citizens and their families. The genuine interest in each client was evident due to the hard work of each person from the foundation. My supervisor was diligent in showing me how to case manage, write notes, look up resources, and have leadership. The need from the senior foundation was great, yet these workers made life easier by supplying with the resources they need. I learned the value of caring for others as well as ensuring that their needs are met. It was a truly humbling experience.
