Research Assistant

February 2020 • Pocatello, ID

What I liked

The job was flexible. I am very interested in research and enjoyed learning more about policy issues. It will also relate to my future job as I want to do policy analysis. The research I have done as an intern primarily works with researching domestic and international policies.

What I wish was different

Nothing really.

Advice

Find an internship that relates to all your potential career paths. I changed what I wanted to do with my career. However, since both jobs centered around research, the internship continued to be useful after I changed my mind.
