My mentor Rick Tringali was very nice and was always willing to help and answer questions, no matter how small. I enjoyed working with the communications team and creating social media posts for JCP. That collaboration instilled a really nice sense of teamwork that can only be felt in the professional field. For an entirely remote position, Rick organizes thousands of files very cleanly and purposefully for the sake of avoiding confusion, which I greatly appreciated. ”
