This role provided the opportunity to meet people from different different backgrounds throughout the summer. Also, the position provided free summer housing.
What I wish was different
The hourly wage could have been slightly higher due to the work load.

I really like the community of all of the coworkers! It’s a really great atmosphere!
What I wish was different
I would have liked less variety in our hours, but I know with so many halls open and so many things happening, it’s hard to keep schedules the same.
Advice
Definitely ask questions! A lot of different things go into working this job, so don’t be afraid to ask your coworkers how to respond to different situations!
