VISION
The museum advances understanding and appreciation for what it means to be a post- World War II “New American” (and all following generations) through educational activities, art exhibits, and by recording and sharing the many inspiring and courageous stories behind the hardships, triumphs, and contributions of immigrants who arrive in their new homeland.
VALUES
The New Americans Museum values all forms of expressions—arts, crafts, music, dance, literature, story-telling, foods, folk traditions and many more—in order to celebrate and honor the traditions of all world cultures via the excellence and innovation of its many programs and practices.
