I enjoy the ability to talk with the shop employees who are building our products. I also enjoy having the ability to learn so much more than I did in my engineering classes.

I wish I had started this job sooner.
Advice
It's okay to ask questions, and encouraged. Don't be afraid to ask if you do not understand. No one will judge you, and they will appreciate that you are simply trying to become a better engineer.
