I would recommend every college student to have a serving job at least once in their life. It gives you an open door to many opportunities based on the people you get to meet. Also teaches you a lot on patience.

I lot of the people who worked there and still connect with them to this day. It's a great environment to learn how to begin serving.

A better work environment. A lot of the inner workings of the location could be improved as well as the scheduling.

Dishwashing for Olive Garden was a fun and grueling experience. It makes me appreciate what happens in the kitchen of a restaurant.

I wish we could have taken more breaks.
Advice
I highly recommend not becoming a dishwasher unless you like getting your butt kicked day in and day out. It's a tough job.
