I wish you still got minimum wage hourly because people don’t always tip right.

Flexibility of hours and compensation based on work ethic, very friendly environment where everyone works together even though the job is done individually

Wages are based on plenty of factors outside of my control
Advice
Coworkers and Managers are very perceptive to other's work ethic even when it doesn't affect them directly and they will treat you accordingly. Opportunities are given to people who show they are deserving through their effort.

I liked the flexibility with hours and times of when I can work. They allowed me to switch my schedule depending on what my school hours were.

Nothing the managers were understanding and the staff is like a family.

I would share that if you want an easy job that you get cash everyday this is it. When you're here you're family.
