About Oswald Company

Founded in 1991 by Ken Oswald, the Oswald Company continually strives to challenge the traditional methods of construction by developing innovative ways to approach projects. With over 30 years of development and construction expertise and over $800 million worth of projects, we offer comprehensive, integrated development and construction solutions specifically tailored to clients’ needs.

Oswald Company’s innovative approach to the construction process brings together experienced professionals and leading edge capabilities on every project. Oswald Company’s LEED® Accredited Professionals can assist with incorporating sustainability into a project, beginning with site selection through post occupancy. We can also help you reduce waste on your building project by implementing principles of Lean Construction. With proper planning and collaboration using methods such as the Last Planner System and technology tools like 3-D building information modeling (BIM) you can save both time and money when constructing your facility.

We cover the entire building lifecycle, from concept to building occupancy, delivering a higher standard of results clients have come to expect. Whether you seek the entire turn-key development and construction process or simply the management of a single project phase, Oswald will mitigate risk, maximize value, and solve issues that are critical to your business goals.

“The environment in the office was good and they have had many interns over the years so they knew which level of work I could handle. They were inviting and always willing to help me better understand everything going on in the drawings or on Procore. The team wanted me to fully understand what they do as a company since I had no prior construction experience or understanding. They would try to best explain processes to me about the different stages in the building process and about the preconstruction bidding process.”
