The experience working with a non-profit. It was fulfilling to be working to support such a good cause (water).
What I wish was different
Pay schedule and communication. I wish I would have been able to finish one of my long term projects.
Advice
This position gives insight into the small non-profit experience. Showing passion and enthusiasm goes a long way. The people are incredibly friendly. If you care about the environment this is the perfect non-profit for you.
