It is our mission to collaboratively create places that enrich and inspire. Our community-based practice has long been a leader in the pursuit of carbon neutrality in the built environment. We welcome and celebrate diverse contributions, experiences, views, and perspectives into the creative process and believe our work is richer for it. We further our contributions to the building and design community/industry by making progress through professional growth and distinction as a President Circle member of the National Organization for Minority Architects (NOMA) and signatory participant of the 1.5°C COP26 Communiqué. We are an employee-owned company that provides stock purchase options to our Associates, and liberal benefits for our employees. Additionally, through our continued growth we are excited that Quinn Evans will be a woman-owned firm by April 2022.

We love what we do, and it shines through in our passionate words, project work, and actions!

QE work offers many disciplines from architecture, interior design, historic preservation, landscape architecture, planning, sustainable design, architectural history, graphic arts, and construction services.

Interior Design Intern

November 2018 Richmond, VA
“I felt like I was constantly surrounded by intelligent, creative, talented people and was able to learn so much from their professional organization. They do a wide variety of commercial--particularly education--projects and are very much on the cutting edge in that field. I had the opportunity to work on many different aspects of different projects including graphics, presentations, materials and finishes, site visits, construction documents and Revit, and design of small aspects such as casework. The office culture was also very warm and welcoming. They had many fun activities that I was able to be a part of such as happy hours and other events.”
