About SE3 LLC

Come work at a company that is well established, growing, and offers a family centric culture – with an emphasis on supporting one another and having some fun along the way!
SE3 is a multi-discipline Civil Engineering company with offices in Illinois, Missouri, and Texas. We provide planning, design, and construction observation services to a variety of public and private sector clients, specializing in transportation, structures, drainage, traffic, and site development, as well as program management (which is to say at times we are agents for our clients, acting on their behalf in a capacity similar to their own public sector employees).
Our core value is service driven, with an objective to provide the highest quality people to serve our clients’ project needs. We firmly believe in surrounding ourselves with talented people, whom are the bedrock of delivering successful projects. With this philosophy we strive to cultivate staff as we build upon our combined successes together.
At SE3, you’ll have access to senior engineers and project managers with a wealth of experience to help guide you on the start of your career. We are not so big that you’ll never meet the company president (our leadership makes it a point to know you personally) and we’re not too small to provide opportunities to work on large scale projects (we have provided key roles in significant projects everywhere we do business)! We continue to provide opportunities throughout the company and hope you’ll consider SE3 as you start your professional journey.

Transportation Intern

May 2018 - August 2018 Dallas, TX
“I loved the small-company and informal atmosphere of SE3 which allowed me to feel comfortable walking up to anyone to ask questions or ask for help. I was given plenty of time to study and teach myself Microstation and was given exposure to various other Transportation software suites like Synchro and SignCAD. Also, I was given discrete assignments and then given plenty of autonomy with which to figure out how to tackle each one, but also plenty of support. I would recommend a traffic or site development internship at SE3!”
