Engineering COOP

May 2019 Milwaukee, WI
“I enjoy the structure of the Strattec COOP program. It has allowed me to see multiple aspects of practical engineering and take my hands on knowledge into the workforce. While a 4 term COOP program isn't common, the extra experience you will gain is immeasurable. ”

Engineering Co-op

August 2017 Milwaukee, WI
“The program is rotational by design. Every term you are placed into a different department, so by the time you finish, you will have seen a little bit of everything that Strattec (and frankly manufacturing in general) has to offer. Your final term is your choice. Most people go back to one of their previous terms because it was their favorite, but others I've known have gone down a business route such as program management or technical sales. A top-tier co-op program.”
