What I liked

Great co-workers, and interesting embedded projects to work on. The company sponsors a lot of cool events throughout the year, and co-ops aren't treated like second-class employees.

What I wish was different

Documentation is a little weak, which requires tracking down the right people, and verbally getting the information needed. This occasionally made it difficult to get projects started.

Advice

Learn how to balance your time between all of your responsibilities including work, relationships, taking care of yourself, etc. There's plenty of exciting work to do, just be careful not to neglect the other areas of your life outside of work.
