Reviews

Summer Analyst

June 2022 - August 2022 Chicago, IL
“+ I've had a few different internship programs, and this has been my best experience by far. Every intern is assigned a buddy that acts as a mentor. The first week of the internship gives a synopsis of growth and innovation consulting, training in Excel and PowerPoint, and how to effectively conduct research. + The culture is amazing! Everyone is dedicated to helping you grow, the company has weekly company happy hours, welcome dinners for new analysts, and firm-wide chats at the end of every week. + The work-life balance is above-average for the industry. You will rarely work more than 45-50 hours a week. You get a budget for office supplies, weekly free lunches, and a budget for fitness subscriptions/supplies (this applies to interns as well!) + You are able to take on a lot of responsibility as an analyst and have the opportunity to undertake some really challenging tasks + Meritocratic advancement structure + You receive regular performance reviews from your managers at the company to provide feedback on what you are doing well and how you can improve. At the same, direct reports submit upward performance evaluations to their managers to highlight ways that firm leadership can improve.”
