“Working with Dynamix was a great experience. The people are awesome and the work is fun and constantly changing, which is good if you don't like the idea of sitting at a desk doing the same thing all day. Also, the work week is 8-5 M-TH and 8-12 on Friday.”

“Best work environment out of all of my internships. They have a social committee that plans fun events in and outside of the office like clippers games, top golf, wii tournaments, and christmas / holiday parties. They also have half-day Fridays year-round which is unique to other companies. They are very flexible with your schedule, letting you go on a summer vacation and if you work part-time during the school year, easily will work with you around your class and work schedule. They really make you feel valued and they appreciate your work (which also isn't necessarily present at other companies). I also really appreciated the direct one-on-one mentorship you get from a younger member on the team, giving you a lot of instruction and feedback for improvement. Typically, they're only a few years out of college so they were in your shoes recently which can be helpful. That being said, there's a large age range throughout the office which is nice and the office is more diverse than other companies I've been at (wrt gender, race, ethnicity). ”
